CCC Real Estate (formerly CCC Immo) is an owner-operated real estate agency in Cala Ratja, in the northeast of Mallorca. The company’s portfolio includes rental apartments, plots as well as properties for sale in every price range.
Corporate Identity
In 2018, the real estate agency underwent a modernization of its external image. We were allowed to accompany the owner in this process from the very beginning. In addition to the design of a logo, we have created a consistent corporate identity.
CCC Real Estate Website
In addition, we were also responsible for the new tailored website. After intensive coordination and consultation, the customer decided on a paid theme. We have adapted this to the CI of CCC Real Estate according to customer requirements.
Since the completion of the homepage, we have been taking care of the real estate office’s online presence. Part of this service is also the monitoring of the site and the implementation of software updates.
CRM-Connection And Multilingualism
One challenge was to establish the connection to the industry-specific CRM system Propstack. In addition, the website and objects had to be multilingual. In order to achieve this goal, we added extensive real estate features with the WPCasa plugin to WordPress. When it comes to multilingualism, we rely on Polylang. The layout is based on a WPCasa theme. In order to fully meet the customer requirements, we have individualized it by using a child theme.
For importing the data from Propstack we had to write our own plugin. The reason is that Propstack only offers an OpenImmo export. Apart from limited information, it does not provide any multilingual content either. Therefore, we have developed the plugin WP Import für Propstack.
Social Media And Blog-Posts
In cooperation with CCC Real Estate we optimize the blog posts for the search engines. We also publish the content on Xing, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Some of the blog posts are also shared in English on the social media platforms.
We also write and send newsletters out via MailChimp. We have an intensive coordination with the customer also in this process.
In The Change Of Time
Update April 2022
After many years of working together, our client decided to have another agency take care of the maintenance of her website. During the maintenance of the website by Kybernetik Services, we always made sure that access and rating of the search engines were optimized as best as possible. We regular monitored this , most recently in April 2022.
After changes were made on the website by the new company, using the page builder Elementor, and moving to another server, the website could no longer achieve such good values.
This shows that just the focus on the design – without good advice and technical competence – leads to reductions in the rating and thus also in the ranking at the search engine
