Our goal is to get you as a satisfied customer of our products. We understand, sometimes a product does not meet the expectations. This is why we have a return policy and offer in certain circumstances a refund.

In order to test the basic functions of our plugins, we offer free versions for almost all plugins with a reduced range of functions. These can be downloaded from wordpress.org/plugins and used without restriction.

As long as the purchased product has not been downloaded we refund your order within 24 hours after purchase. After downloading this is not possible anymore.

Regarding the law in the european union, which allows you to withdraw your purchase, you ask with your order to expressly execution the contract. You aggreed that your right of withdrawal expires with the start of execution.

Please understand, our plugins are digital products, it’s source code is not encoded nor encrypted.

Therefore there is no way for us to know the product has been removed after it has been refunded, therefore we are not able to offer refunds once the product has been downloaded.
