(1) Private end consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the German Civil Code. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post). You can use this sample cancellation form, but it is not mandatory. We will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

(2) Effects of withdrawal:

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived must be surrendered. If you are unable to return the service received to us in whole or in part, or only in a deteriorated condition, you may have to pay compensation in this respect. This does not apply to the surrender of items if the deterioration of the item is solely due to their inspection – as you would have been able to do in a retail shop. You can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the item like an owner and refraining from anything that could impair its value.
Transportable items are to be sent back. Items that cannot be shipped by parcel will be picked up from you. Please frank your shipment sufficiently if the return value does not exceed EUR 40 and the goods received correspond to the goods ordered. If the order value is higher, Kybernetik Services GmbH will bear the return shipping costs. For this purpose, we will send you a return shipping note. If you cancel the order after you have paid, we will refund the purchase price.

(3) Waiver of withdrawal:

Digital products will be provided after the cancellation period has expired. In order to receive these directly, the customer can expressly waive his right of withdrawal during the ordering process. In this case, Kybernetik Services GmbH will deliver the product immediately after payment. A return or refund within the scope of the right of withdrawal is then no longer possible.
